1. Make sure Javascript is turned on - click here to test. If nothing happens, you don't have JavaScript turned on!

2. Do a complete refresh of the page by Shift-Clicking the refresh button. (Hold down the shift key and click the Refresh button on your browser)

3. Shut down all your broswers and start again!

4. Shut down your computer and start again!

1. Check that Flash has been installed.

2. Check that version 5 or above of Flash has been installed

3. Reload the page that was not displaying correctly (do this by going back to the page and pressing the Refresh button on your browser menu)

4. Do a complete refresh of the page by Shift-Clicking the refresh button. (Hold down the shift key and click the Refresh button on your browser)

5. Make sure that javascript is turned on. To test click here - if nothing happens, you do not have javascript turned on!

6. Shut down all your browsers and start again!

7. Shut down your computer and start again!

8. Re-install Flash - click here

2. Reload the page - go back to the page and click the Refresh button on the browser menu bar
